At Evoque Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Tags must still be attached.

Item must be in the same condition you received it.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process

We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t been received after 10 business days:
